“After 35 years as a Merchant Marine (Chief Steward) I knew it was time  to take a leap of faith and share my passion with the world. My dream become a reality with the launch our first food truck, Taste of Louisiana. It’s a mobile taste of the Big Easy, serving up classics like jambalaya, Étouffée, po' boys, and gumbo, each dish a labor of love and a reflection of my roots.

 

Through my food, I hope to share the spirit of New Orleans with everyone I meet. The flavors of my city are a testament to resilience, love, and the joy of savoring every moment.
